What is overall wellness?  Pretty easy- huh? Surely there must be more to besides having enough sleep, exercise regularly and eat healthy- but where is the fun?

We give a few tips how the explore the REAL wellness in ways that don’t require strict discipline or boring routines.

Keep calm and carry on exploring.

Explore the world around you. There are millions of little things you miss everyday. Explore yourself and be brave to try something totally new…If you are very brave, go wherever your heart takes you.

Do what you enjoy. Life is too short to be spent on dreaming of things you could do. Just take time and enjoy life. Whether is watching a cultural dance or having a cup of coffee- enjoy every bit of it! It is in these moments where priceless memories are created. Allow the moment to wash over you like a wave that will refresh your mind.






Spend time with those you love.

Friendship- never too overrated. How would it be at the top of the highest mountain… alone?  Not funny. Together…!Muy Bueno¡ as the Spaniards would say.

Keep An Open Mind And An Open Heart
You’ll feel only as good as your mind is. So don’t be afraid to sit down and take time. Thinking about life -not too seriously though- gives you power to carry on. Sometimes life is like a dark tunnel that we end up in without even knowing why. When will we ever see the light? Even I do not know the answer. But what I do know is that if we keep an open mind to the things we encounter along away and an open heart to the ones we meet through this journey, we will definitely get to a better place from where we first began.
